Little PLANET FRATERNITY

The Little PLANET Fraternity project is aimed at children aged 8 to 12, and its main objective is to help them gain a better knowledge and understanding of their own culture and that of others. Through fun and collaborative activities, children explore the richness of their social and cultural environment, while learning about the world’s cultural diversity.

This initiative, supported by the Office International de l’Enseignement Catholique (OIEC), enables them to establish links with pupils from other countries to share their traditions, values and customs. By cultivating empathy and mutual understanding, the project develops a spirit of fraternity and solidarity.

Little PLANET Fraternity provides a framework where young people can exchange and collaborate in a caring way, discovering both the similarities and the differences that shape our cultural identities. This enables them to acquire valuable skills for evolving in a globalised world.

Target group: Children aged 8 to 12

Aims: To foster knowledge of one’s own culture and that of others, encourage intercultural exchanges and promote fraternity and solidarity.

Teaching approach: Discover and exchange about local and international cultures, develop empathy and cultural curiosity.
