What is it all about?
Two projects for different ages!
Welcome to our page dedicated to the PLANET Fraternity and Little Planet Fraternity projects, global educational initiatives designed to promote fraternity, solidarity and sustainability through concrete actions by young people, for young people.
Little PLANET Fraternity
The Little PLANET Fraternity project is aimed at children aged 8 to 12, and its main objective is to help them gain a better knowledge and understanding of their own culture and that of others. Through fun and collaborative activities, children explore the richness of their social and cultural environment, while learning about the world’s cultural diversity.
PLANET Fraternity
The PLANET Fraternity project, aimed at young people aged between 10 and 18, uses an innovative teaching approach based on the “I Can ’ methodology, inspired by Kiran Bir Sethi’s Design for Change. This method puts young people at the heart of the action, engaging them to feel, imagine, act and share their own solutions to the challenges facing the world today.

The Planet Fraternity approach has given the students and me (their teacher) an adventure on the world, the pleasure of communicating with other cultures. At first, the idea of working with Planet Fraternity was a bit intimidating as I didn’t know how to start and what the final output should be, but once I got in contact with Planet Fraternity team, I realized how fun the work could be. They are present at ail times to answer our questions and guide us. Collaboration and perseverance are the keys to successful work. This is what I experienced from my work with the teachers and the coordinator from my paired school (Mexico). They showed strong commitment and mutual interest in making this project succeed. We also realized how organizing meetings and sharing ideas through WhatsApp or Zoom was easy and efficient.
